Tragic snowmobile accident kills teenager in Oconto County
A tragic incident involving a single snowmobile claimed the life of a teenage boy in Lena, Wisconsin. According to the authorities, the Oconto County Sheriff's Office responded to the fatal crash just after 7:30 p.m. on January 13. Initial reports suggest that the 15-year-old boy, who was the only person on the snowmobile, was riding on private property on Arndt Road when the vehicle lost control and ended up in a ditch. Despite efforts by emergency responders to save him, the boy succumbed to his injuries later on. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is spearheading the investigation, with support from the Oconto County Sheriff's Office and Brown County Medical Examiner's Office.
