A collision involving multiple vehicles is resulting in traffic backups on I-264 close to Witchduck Road in Virginia Beach. As per 511 Virginia, the left center lane, right center lane, right lane, and right shoulder on the eastbound side are currently shut down. The incident happened on Tuesday at mile marker 15.3 within the city limits of Virginia Beach.
