Three taken to hospital after Knoxville car crash
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Three people were taken to a Knoxville hospital on Monday following a serious, two-vehicle crash. Knox County deputies responded to the 400 block of East Beaver Creek Road around 4:10 p.m., a sheriff's office spokesperson said in a statement. A driver and passenger in one of the involved vehicles were transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center in critical condition, the spokesperson said. The driver of the second vehicle was also transported to the hospital and was listed in stable condition. An investigation into the crash is ongoing. Details about the circumstances of the crash or the people who were injured were not immediately available.
