Serious crash causes delays on Route 302 in North Windham, police say
The Windham Police Department says a serious crash is causing traffic delays on Route 302 in North Windham.Shortly after 11:20 a.m. Wednesday, police announced that the crash happened north of Boody's Corner, which is the intersection of Roosevelt Trail (Route 302) and Tandberg Trail (Route 35/Route 115).Windham police told Maine's Total Coverage that there are confirmed traffic backups in the area of 999 Roosevelt Trail, which is more than 2 miles north of Boody's Corner.Check the WMTW traffic map for delays.Police are asking drivers to avoid the area.Shortly before 12:30 p.m., police updated their Facebook post to note that Route 302 is open to traffic.
