Thanksgiving Travel Update: Fatal Pedestrian Collision Reported
The Kansas Highway Patrol recently released its report on Thanksgiving weekend activities. During the nearly five-day travel period, there was a fatal crash involving a pedestrian in Garden City, who was identified as Lance R. Stucky, 31. The patrol helped 882 drivers, handed out 1,162 speeding tickets, 85 seatbelt violations, and 28 citations for child safety restraints. Activities were monitored from 6 p.m. on Nov. 26 to 11:59 p.m. on Nov. 30.
