Teen killed, two other pedestrians injured in fatal Shively crash
A teenage girl is dead and two other pedestrians are in the hospital following a crash in Shively. Shively police were called to the 3900 block of Dixie Highway on reports of pedestrians struck. Officers on scene found three pedestrians who had been struck in the crash. One pedestrian, a teen girl, was pronounced dead on the scene. The two other pedestrians, identified as a teen girl and a woman, were taken to the hospital with injuries police believe to be non-life-threatening. The crash is under investigation. Police are asking drivers to avoid Dixie Highway between Park Road and Nobel Place while investigators work on the scene.
