Suspect in fatal hit-and-run crash that claimed life of TSA worker in Las Vegas identified; facing DUI charges
The driver suspected in the fatal hit-and-run motorcycle crash in Las Vegas has been identified by Metro police as Eric Villazana, 33, of Las Vegas. Villazana was arrested and taken to the Clark County Detention Center where he faces multiple charges, including failure to stop at the scene of a crash, DUI resulting in death, and disregarding traffic control signals. The crash occurred on November 29, when Abraham Ibale, 45, was killed while riding his motorcycle to work. Ibale was declared dead at the scene after attempts to save his life were unsuccessful. Villazana is scheduled to appear in court on December 12.
