Starbucks in Rancho Cordova temporarily shut due to car crash
A pickup truck crashed into a Starbucks in Rancho Cordova early Sunday morning, causing moderate structural damage to the building, according to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District. The incident occurred at 2875 Zinfandel Drive around 4:30 a.m. The driver had fled the scene before emergency responders arrived. Fire crews were present to remove water from the premises and ensure safety. The Starbucks will remain closed until it receives clearance from the Sacramento County Building and Health Department.
