Small plane crash closes portion of Adirondack Rail Trail, DEC says
The New York Department of Environmental Conservation said a section of the Adirondack Rail Trail in Lake Clear is closed following a small plane crash in the area on Monday.The DEC posted a map to its Facebook page on Tuesday showing that a portion of the rail trail is closed between NY186 and McMaster Road "to assist agencies investigating a small plane crash" that happened on Monday.[image id='ebd566be-a22f-4903-b33c-d209cab9170c' mediaId='da21f39c-7311-4325-a0ec-722e630ccf8e' align='center' size='medium' share='true' caption='' expand='' crop='original'][/image]Additional details about the crash were not immediately available.
