Local man killed in semi rollover on I-480
HUDSON, Ohio (WJW) – A Cleveland Heights man was killed early Thursday in a crash on Interstate 480. According to Hudson police, John Easley, 75, was driving a semi-truck with a trailer southeast on I-480. The vehicle lost control east of the Stow Road bridge, went off the road and down an embankment, according to a press release. Easley was pronounced dead at the scene. I-480 eastbound was closed for several hours. The interstate has reopened but closures are likely during the ongoing investigation.
