Serious road accident in northern Thailand leaves six Israelis injured, one in critical condition
On Saturday, a serious road accident in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand, resulted in six Israelis being injured, with one in critical condition. PassportCard reported that five Israeli travelers suffered less severe limb injuries. The accident involved a minibus carrying 10 Israeli passengers. Medical teams, along with assistance from Magnus Search and Rescue, quickly responded to the scene and transferred the injured to three local hospitals based on their condition. Tragically, last month an Israeli citizen lost his life in a motorcycle accident in Thailand, and recently, Liam Sharot, 25, from Haifa, also passed away in a motorcycle crash on the Thai island of Koh Samui, while his partner was injured. Additionally, reserve soldier Rotem Yaish lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Koh Samui during a family vacation about a year ago.
