Serious injuries reported in crash on I-84 East in Manchester
MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) -- A person died in a crash Thursday morning on Interstate 84 East in Manchester, according to the local fire department. Around 4 a.m., the Manchester Fire Department responded to the Exit 62 offramp for a vehicle that struck a tractor-trailer, fire officials said. The occupant in the vehicle was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene, according to fire officials. No other injuries were reported, fire officials said.
