- Last Sunday, the Richmond County Sheriffs Office received a call about an accident with injuries at the intersection of Willis Foreman Rd and Ulm Rd. According to reports, a car was trying to turn left onto Ulm Rd while a motorcycle was traveling in the opposite direction on Willis Foreman Rd.
