‘Serious crash’ in Kalamazoo shuts down Westnedge
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are responding to a "serious traffic crash" in Kalamazoo early Wednesday morning. It happened in the area of S. Westnedge Avenue and W. Cedar Street. No other details about the crash were immediately released. As police investigated, Westnedge was temporarily closed at Lovell Street, the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety said around 3:45 a.m. The road reopened around 7:15 a.m., according to a News 8 crew on scene.
