Rescue of 2 individuals after 4-car accident in Lebanon
A multi-vehicle collision on Route 289 in Lebanon resulted in two individuals needing to be rescued from their vehicles and one person being airlifted via LIFESTAR. The incident took place around 5:27 p.m., with serious injuries reported. Fortunately, those involved are now said to be in stable condition. As of 8:15 p.m., Route 289 remains shut down at Chappell Road according to Connecticut State Police.
