Prairie Grove police are investigating a fatal accident that happened on Thursday, March 19.A preliminary report shows that a vehicle that was identified as a 2014 Dodge Charger was driving along S. Ervan Beeks, near County Road 264.The Charger left the road and struck a culvert. The vehicle then went airborne and rolled over after hitting the ground. It then continued down an embankment and stopped in a pond, according to the report.The driver was ejected. According to the report, the road condition was dry.The driver was identified as 19-year-old Darryn Barry-Quiales from Farmington.
