Portions of Pawtucket Avenue in East Providence closed following crash
Portions of Pawtucket Avenue in East Providence were closed following a serious crash on Monday morning, police said. The East Providence Police Department said northbound traffic on Pawtucket Avenue is being diverted to Forbes Street. Plus Southbound traffic on Pawtucket Avenue and Veterans Memorial Parkway will be diverted to Wampanoag Trail. Roads will be closed until the serious crash can be cleared.
