PHOTOS: Car overturns during crash on I-270 in Montgomery County
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) -- One person was hurt after two cars collided on Interstate 270 in Montgomery County on Thursday morning, according to Maryland State Police (MSP). In a post on X, Pete Piringer with the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service said the collision happened in the southbound lanes, just after Montgomery Village Avenue. According to the Maryland State Police, the collision happened around 7:30 a.m. on June 11, and medics took one person to the hospital. Piringer posted photos, which showed a car flipped on its hood.
