Person taken to hospital after 7-vehicle crash on Highway 101
(KRON) -- Authorities responded to a seven-vehicle crash on Highway 101 southbound in San Mateo on Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash happened around 7:45 a.m. on the highway near Poplar Avenue. One driver was taken to the hospital for minor injuries, CHP said. CHP posted photos of the crash (see below). "If you are changing lanes from a complete stop, please double check to ensure that you are safely changing lanes," CHP warned. "Always yield to the right-of-way to those in their respective lanes!" No other information on the crash was available.
