Owensboro man charged with murder after deadly hit-and-run accident
HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - A fatal hit and run accident in Owensboro has one person now facing murder charges. Anderson Xol of Owensboro is facing charges of Murder, Assault, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Influence, Leaving Scene of Accident, No Operators/Moped License. First responders were called to Frederica Street near Fulton Drive for an accident with injuries. Arriving crews found out two people were hit, and one was pronounced dead at the scene. The second person was taken to OHRH in critical condition.
