OSP: Woman dies after car veers off road, crashes down embankment in Warren County
A 78-year-old is dead after a crash in Warren County on Tuesday.It happened around 6:21 a.m. when the Warren County Communications Center received a 911 call advising of a serious injury traffic crash on Wolf Creek Court.See WLWT morning headlines in the video player aboveAccording to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, an investigation revealed a driver was traveling south when the vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and hit a mailbox.The vehicle traveled back onto the roadway before hitting a parked car and veering off the right side of the roadway and between two houses, down an embankment and struck a tree.First responders arrived and took the driver to the hospital where she later died from her injuries.She has been identified as 78-year-old Pamela Goins, from Miamisburg.
