One person dead in an industrial accident in Waukesha
WAUKESHA, Wis. -- One person was killed in an industrial accident at a business in Waukesha Monday afternoon. Waukesha Police and Fire departments responded to a local business near Cleveland Avenue and Main Street on Feb. 9. The person was pronounced dead at the scene. "We extend our sincere condolences to the family, friends, and coworkers affected by this tragic incident," Waukesha Police said in a statement to WTMJ. "Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time." The Waukesha County Medical Examiner’s Office is still working to determine the official cause of death. Police are still working on notifying family and will provide additional details at a later date.
