One injured in S I-35 multi-car crash
OKLAHOMA CITY(KFOR)- Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Oklahoma City Fire Department responded to a multi-car crash near S I-35 Service Rd and SE 59th St Sunday morning. OHP confirmed four to six vehicles were involved in the crash. OKCFD responded to one vehicle that had caught fire at the scene. Authorities was able to rescue one victim that was trapped inside a vehicle. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries. OHP closed I-35 southbound north of I-240 around 4:05 a.m. The road was reopened around 5:35 a.m. The scene of the crash is under further investigation. KFOR will update as more information arrives.
