One injured after crash on southbound I-15 near Draper
DRAPER, Utah (ABC4) — A crash on southbound I-15 near Draper injured one person and led to significant delays. According to the Utah Department of Transportation, there was a crash on SB I-15 near Bangerter Highway (SR-154), blocking four lanes, in addition to the right shoulder. Utah Highway Patrol has since confirmed that a semi-truck rear-ended a Tesla near Bangerter. The Tesla driver was reportedly transported in serious condition and officials have not publicly identified him at this time. At this time officials have not disclosed any additional information on the crash. However, UHP did specify that there was another crash on the northbound side of I-15 around the same time, involving a Suburban pulling a camper that flipped over. In that incident, minor injuries were reported.
