One fatality, two wounded in collision with semi truck on Oregon road
A man from Idaho tragically passed away on Friday night after colliding with a semi truck on Highway 97 in Klamath County, Oregon. The incident occurred at about 6:20 p.m. near milepost 228. According to Oregon State Police, Douglas Fordyce, 61, was stopped on Silver Lake Road and was attempting to re-enter the highway in his Ford F-450 when the collision took place. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The occupants of the semi truck sustained minor injuries.
