Off-ramp rollover crash slows northbound I-5 traffic Monday morning
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A northbound exit on Interstate 5 has reopened after a closure early Monday morning due to a rollover crash involving a truck. Around 5:30 a.m., a box truck taking the NB OR 217 exit flipped onto its side and "skid for a bit," according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. ODOT officials said the driver, who had been transporting milk and juice for students, was able to get out by himself.
