NY man killed in Lake George motorcycle crash
LAKE GEORGE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Warren County Sheriff's Office responded to a fatal motorcycle crash early Sunday morning. It took place around 1:35 a.m. on State Route 9 in the area of The Nordick Inn in the town of Lake George. Police identified Brian Kilduff, 31, of Brewster, as the operator of the motorcycle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His brother, 33-year-old Michael Kilduff, of Pawling, was riding a motorcycle in the same group. Police said Michael was intoxicated and refused a chemical test. He was processed and released. He is scheduled to return to Lake George Town Court at a later date. Police confirmed the group was attending Americade.
