Northbound I-15 reopens in Provo after crash
PROVO, Utah (ABC4) — Northbound I-15 was closed in Provo due to a crash, but has since reopened. According to the Utah Department of Transportation, a crash was blocking traffic at milepost 262, which is near East Bay in Provo. All lanes were briefly closed, but they have since reopened. ABC4.com has reached out to Utah Highway Patrol (UHP), who confirmed that the closures were actually a result of two separate crashes in the same location. The first crash involved two vehicles and none of the occupants had any injuries. The second crash also involved two vehicles, and two people were transported with minor injuries. The lanes were reportedly closed so crews could move the vehicles. While the lanes have reopened, travelers should expect residual delays and take alternate routes, if possible.
