North Carolina man still out on bond after fatal Coitsville accident

A man from North Carolina appeared in a Mahoning County courtroom in Ohio this week. Robert Powell, who was indicted on charges related to a fatal crash in Coitsville, entered a not guilty plea to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI. His bond was continued at $127,500 and a trial is scheduled for this summer.
