Nightclub linked to fatal McAllen crash granted prolonged closure

A passenger in the vehicle involved reported that they had been drinking at Noxx before the incident. The club closed its doors temporarily in response to the order, and further legal action from McAllen includes a request for a temporary and permanent injunction. A hearing for the injunction has been rescheduled, and the nightclub's attorney has not yet provided a comment. City officials declined to comment on the ongoing legal matters.
