Multi-vehicle crash in Santa Rosa closes all eastbound lanes of I-10 at Mile Marker 21

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. -- Four vehicles were involved in a Santa Rosa County crash on Thursday afternoon. Multiple agencies responded to I-10 at Mile Marker 21, just east of Exit 22 at Avalon Boulevard after a call came in at 4:43 p.m. Avalon Fire-Rescue and Pace Fire-Rescue were among the responding agencies, as well as the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office and public safety. According to the county, there were six patients at the scene of the crash. Details pertaining to their injuries have not been shared. Florida Highway Patrol was also on scene. The county closed all eastbound lanes as a result of the crash. But it has since reopened. No further information was released. This is a developing story. Check back here for updates.
