Motorcyclist succumbs to injuries after early morning crash in Lake George

LAKE GEORGE | Authorities said an early morning motorcycle accident in Lake George claimed the life of a Brewster man and left his brother facing a DWI charge. Warren County Sheriff's officials said the accident happened on Route 9 near The Nordick Inn at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Sheriff's deputies, Lake George EMS and the Lake  George Fire Department responded to the area and rendered aid to the operator, 31-year-old Brian P. Kilduff of Brewster.   Kilduff suffered severe injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the accident site. The deceased's brother, 33-year-old Michael Kilduff of Pawling, was riding his motorcycle in the same group and was reportedly determined to be operating while intoxicated.  Kilduff refused a chemical test and was processed and released to return to the Lake George Town Court at a later date.  The accident remained under investigation Monday.
