Motorcyclist injured in Briley Parkway crash
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after a crash in the Nations neighborhood of Nashville overnight. Shortly after 11:30 p.m. Friday, Metro police officers were called to Briley Parkway after a motorcycle crashed near mile marker 27. The man driving the motorcycle was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. All northbound lanes were closed for several hours during the investigation. Metro police said the motorcycle is believed to be the only vehicle involved in the crash. No additional information was released as the investigation continues.
