Motorcyclist dead after vehicle collision in Bay County
BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) - A Panama City man is dead after a motorcycle crash on County Road 389 and Cason Drive. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 3:05 p.m. on Wednesday, near the entrance to the Andrew's Plantation Subdivision. The motorcycle and a Kia Soul were traveling south on County Road 389. The motorcycle collided with the rear end of the Kia, causing the motorcycle to redirect into the northbound lane and collide with a Chevrolet Tahoe. The driver of the motorcycle, a 33-year-old Panama City man, was pronounced dead by Bay County Fire Rescue shortly after their arrival. The other drivers and passengers were unharmed. The Florida Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the collision.
