Man leads Sacramento police officers on pursuit before crash
A vehicle pursuit in Del Paso Heights on Thursday evening ended in a crash, according to the Sacramento Police Department.Police said officers tried to stop a man for a traffic violation near Grand Avenue and Astoria Street, but he did not comply and led them on a chase. The man crashed into multiple parked cars in the 3800 block of Marysville Boulevard, ending the pursuit. The man was taken to the hospital, along with a woman who was a passenger in the vehicle, officials said. Both suffered non life-threatening injuries.
