Man pleads guilty to causing fatal crash that sent vehicle into Kettering home
The man accused of causing a crash that sent another vehicle into a Kettering home, killing the driver, has changed his plea. Keith Zartman Sr. was accused of getting into a crash with Tadeo Gatewood, 37, on July 4, 2025. The crash caused Gatewood to drive off the road, hit a tree and then drive into a house. Gatewood was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials alleged Zartman left the scene. He was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and failure to stop after an accident. His trial was set to begin June 15, but he changed his plea to guilty to the charge of aggravated vehicular homicide. Sentencing is set for June 22.
