A man has been hospitalized following a car accident with ICE agents in Baltimore. He was seriously injured when the ICE agents rear-ended him in an attempt to arrest him. Attorneys with the Eldridge Crandell Law Firm says Alva-Renga Rios was on his way to work when ICE agents "violently rear-ended" his vehicle.
