Man identified in fatal crash on I-81 in Luzerne County
Pennsylvania State police are investigating after one man was killed following a crash in Interstate 81 in Luzerne County Friday morning. Police say the crash happened just before 7 a.m. in Hazle Township near mile marker 140. Investigators say a semi-truck driven by 58-year-old Jesus Montell Rincon, of Clayton, was disabled on the shoulder of I-81. Police say Montell Rincon was outside of the truck between its cab and the roadway. Authorities say a Toyota Camry was headed northbound when it hit Montell Rincon. Montell Rincon was pronounced dead on scene.
