Man dead after being hit by car at Greer intersection: Coroner
GREENVILLE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) -- A man died after being hit by a car at a Greer intersection Wednesday. First responders were called to West Wade Hampton Boulevard and North Main Street around 9:45 a.m. for a crash involving a pedestrian. At the scene, officials found 57-year-old Cameron Kreswell Neely dead at the scene. The Greenville County Coroner's Office said Neely died from blunt force injuries and his death has been ruled an accident. Details regarding what led up to the crash remain unclear. The incident remains under investigation by the Greer Police Department and the coroner's office.
