Lynchburg police respond to accident involving Public Works vehicle and bicyclist
Lynchburg Police Department responded to a traffic accident on Friday involving a bicyclist and a City of Lynchburg vehicle. LPD and members of the Lynchburg Fire Department responded to the intersection of 13th and Buchanan streets around 10:15 a.m. on June 12, for the accident involving a man riding a bike and a city employee driving a Public Works vehicle. That driver remained on scene and fully cooperated, according to LPD.
