Lawsuit filed against Caltrans over fatal Highway 50 collision
Caltrans is currently facing legal action for a fatal accident on Highway 50 involving a car and motorcycles, resulting in one death and injuries to five individuals. The lawsuit involves more than 30 plaintiffs, including the family of the deceased, attributing the accident to negligence on the part of Caltrans, the construction company, and subcontractors.
