Kentucky State Police investigating fatal crash between minivan, dump trailer
HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - Kentucky State Police are continuing to investigate a fatal collision in Sacramento. KSP states the agency was contacted by the Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Office for request to investigate near the 6500 block of KY-Highway 81. Preliminary investigation indicates a minivan driven by 48-year-old Brandi Eaves of Powderly was going south when it rear ended a dump trailer being hauled by a Chevrolet Silverado. Eaves was pronounced dead at the scene by the Muhlenberg County Coroner. The family has since been notified.
