Kansas Highway Patrol investigating fatal head-on crash in Marion County
WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) - The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal head-on crash in Marion County. It happened on U.S. Highway 56 around 6 a.m. The KHP said the crash involved a pickup truck and semi, and that the pickup driver was killed. The semi driver had minor injuries. U.S. Highway 56 is closed from Remington Road to Cedar Street in Marion until at least noon, a KHP official said.
