Iowa woman dies in fatal RV and semi collision in Seward County
A fatal accident occurred in Liberal, Kan., early Saturday morning resulting in one fatality and another individual sustaining critical injuries. The incident took place at Love's Travel Stop on Pancake Blvd when a semi-truck was exiting while a Ford F350 towing an RV trailer collided with it. The 73-year-old driver of the Ford was taken to Wesley Medical Center with serious injuries, while the 72-year-old passenger was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene. The occupants of the semi were uninjured. Despite temporary closures, the highways have now been reopened.
