Investigation underway for two-car collision involving police vehicle
Norfolk police are looking into a collision between two cars, one being a marked police vehicle, that occurred at around 6:25 p.m. in the 700 block of E. Ocean View Ave. According to authorities, the police car was hit by another vehicle while the officer was responding to a service call. Fortunately, all injuries were deemed non-life-threatening. The driver of the second vehicle received a citation for not giving the right of way to an emergency vehicle.
