Identification of 34-year-old in fatal motorcycle accident in southern St. Louis County
Authorities in St. Louis County, Missouri, have identified 34-year-old Michael Dade, an Oakville resident, as the motorcyclist who tragically lost his life in a collision at the junction of Lemay Ferry Road and Meramec View Drive in south St. Louis County on Friday. The St. Louis County Police Department reported that the incident occurred at approximately 1:30 p.m. on December 26, when Dade was traveling southbound on Lemay Ferry Road. Initial investigations suggest that Dade veered off the road and collided with a wooded area while riding his motorcycle. Despite being rushed to the hospital by emergency crews, Dade succumbed to his injuries. The SLCPD's Bureau of Crimes Against Persons and Accident Reconstruction is conducting an ongoing investigation into the crash and is expected to provide further updates as details emerge.
