I-91 North shut down in Windsor following multi-vehicle crash
WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) — I-91 North remains closed between exits 37 and 38 in Windsor following a serious multi-vehicle crash Sunday. According to police, multiple ambulances were requested to respond to the crash. The Connecticut State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Squad (CARS) was also called in to investigate. The Connecticut Department of Transportation was requested to block lanes in the area as emergency crews worked at the scene. No information on the cause of the crash was immediately available. State police are continuing to investigate the crash.
