I-84 crash closes all eastbound lines Thursday morning
PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – All lanes closed Thursday morning on eastbound I-84 after a crash in Portland, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation. Details are limited, but ODOT reported the crash at the intersection of 148th Avenue around 10:35 a.m. and immediately closed all lanes, including traffic along the median and shoulder.
