I-81 reopens after crash in Sullivan County
Update: All southbound lanes were reopened shortly before 10 p.m. KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — A crash is causing delays on Interstate 81 South in Sullivan County. The Tennessee Department of Transportation reported the crash as an overturned vehicle near mile marker 55.8, near Tri-Cities Crossing, at 7:16 p.m. One lane of I-81 South remains closed and traffic has backed up to the I-81/I-26 interchange. News Channel 11 has reached out to the Tennessee Highway Patrol for more information on the crash.
