Highway patrol responds to fatal Capital City Freeway crash
(FOX40.COM) — The California Highway Patrol responded Monday morning to a fatal crash on the Capital City Freeway. Highway patrol officers responded to the crash, which occurred on Business 80 at about 5 a.m. The incident appears to be a solo crash near Marconi Avenue, according to online CHP logs. The vehicle was in the embankment on the site of the Capital City Freeway as of 7:30 a.m., and the coroner's office was on the scene. Additional details have not yet been released.
